XFIT Training System combines all aspects of fitness from HIIT, boxing, athletic performance and strength training to private and semi private custom programs. XFIT Training System provides guidance, motivation and challenging workouts. Our model is simple, RESULTS! A variety of classes will satisfy your fitness appetite whether you need to burn it out, or stretch and recover. Whatever it is, don’t worry because we’ve got you covered!

The XCEL Fam — athletes, coaches, boxers, trainers. We are a crew of fitness pros bound together by a willingness to inspire, hustle, motivate, and remind you that working out can be a ton of fun!

Private Training is an excellent option for someone who prefers a 1:1 coaching relationship. Our custom programs are ideal for someone just starting out, someone looking to change their stale routine, or for people with variable schedules, including athletes, executives, stay-at-home or work-from-home parents. Our highly qualified trainers personalize your workout so it caters to your individual needs and goals.

XFIT PRIVATE TRAINING

For those who like working with a partner or friend or for those people who get more out of their workout by competing. Semi-private training is typically 2-4 people with one trainer. Common group dynamics are friends, husband-wife teams, brides and bridesmaids, siblings, and mother-daughter duos. Semi-private training is more cost-effective than the traditional 1-on-1 training and is also a popular option. Call

Our innovative  program is broken down into three parts: Run It - Learn proper linear sprint mechanics; Untouchable - Learn the fundamentals of changing direction; Force - Learn how to weight train safely (Also offering private and semi private sports training)

 

INTRO TO STRENGTH

A one-hour session dedicated to the basic fundamentals of weight training where you will learn proper mechanics for all compound lifts including bench, dead lifts, squat, lunges, and more. Our goal is to maximize your performance both on the field and in the weight room while greatly reducing the risk of injury.

"THE BOX" BOXING & CONDITIONING

Training in THE BOX helps one develop, coordination, rhythm, and controlled, (yet explosive) power. Through a combination of techniques one is able to facilitate harmony, physically and mentally, no matter what the chaos of life brings. One on one sessions with a professionally crafted coach will ignite prowess and promote self awareness.

KUMAR

 

Kumar played Division I football at UMASS And has since been the co-defensive coordinator for both Paterson east side, and Paterson Kennedy high schools. Kumar’s degree in kinesiology and his expertise in restorative movement and mobilization has expanded his reputation amongst popular NFL players from teams like the Jets, Giants, ravens, and Chiefs. Kumar is excited to grow his successful Grind 4 Life transformation coaching at XCEL.
